Free Shipping is USPS first class shipping and takes up to 5-10 business days.

Expedited Shipping is UPS 3 Day Ground. 

 
Before entering payment card details on a website, ensure that the link is secure, in two ways: There should be a padlock symbol in the browser window frame, which appears when you attempt to log in or register. 
 
3D Playmakers uses Square as our credit card merchant.  We do not store any credit card information on our servers.  Square is a PCI compliant payment processor.  
 
Payments via Paypal is also available and offers the PayPal Buyer Protection. 

Orders made on our website are for Items that are in-stock unless otherwise indicated that the item is back ordered.  

Some custom Items are made to order and are also indicated.  Lead times are listed in the item description.  

Once your order is placed, it can take 1-2 business days to get your item packaged and placed in the mail.  

You will receive a confirmation email for your order, and another notification when your order ships.
